At Gburger, our Californian grown, 95% organic produce is purchased everyday for the restaurant.  Our 100% certified grain fed, hormone free Angus Beef is ground daily and hand formed into patties.  The chicken we use is free range and hormone free.  We make our sauces, onion rings and zucchinis in house from scratch every day.  We slice our deli cheeses fresh everyday.  Our high-rise gourmet buns are baked exclusively for us and delivered fresh to our door.  

We believe that by following these guidelines, and keeping true to our vision, we are bringing our customer the absolute best food that we can create.  

All of our food is prepared to order the way you want it.  We've always done it this way and always will.  Sometimes it takes a little bit of time, so please be patient.  We take pride in preparing your meal, and want to make sure it is done right.  No shortcuts, no pre-cooking, no heat lamps.
